Yes. Owners and admins change the plan at any time in the portal under Settings → Subscription. Before you confirm, the portal shows what the new plan costs and what you pay today. Your cards and experiences keep working throughout.

We charge in euros through Stripe: major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods Stripe offers in your country. Auto top-up needs a card.

Yes. Business is our plan for teams: €45 a month billed yearly (€540 a year), excl. VAT, with 5 seats, 50 new AR experiences and 10,000 AR scans a month for the whole company. Extra seats are €6 a month each (€72 billed yearly). Enterprise starts at €3,000 a year excl. VAT, for 25 or more seats, custom volumes, invoice billing and a named manager. Print shops and agencies can sell AR in their own shop with our Partner plan. Talk to us about either.

Yes, at any time during your billing period. A more expensive plan or more seats applies as soon as you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period, which is charged straight away. Switching between monthly and yearly starts the new period at once, and the unused part of the current one counts towards it. A cheaper plan or fewer seats applies at once, and the unused amount is credited to your next invoices. To move a company account to Standard or Premium, first remove the other members. If you pay an older price, choosing another plan moves you to today's prices.

Monthly plans renew every month, and you can cancel before the next month starts. Yearly plans are paid a year in advance and renew until you cancel. As a consumer, after the first year you can cancel at any time with one month's notice and get the unused part back. Company accounts cancel at the end of the paid period.

Owners and admins cancel in the portal: open Settings and choose “Cancel contracts here”. You can also cancel without logging in on our “Cancel contracts here” page at meishi.cards/contracts. Your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for, and nothing you've printed stops working. Changed your mind about a new subscription or pack? As a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of buying it, from the same page or from the link in your confirmation email.

Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your account moves to the Free plan, and your cards, experiences and leads stay where they are. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Yes, as a consumer: within 14 days of buying a subscription or a pack you can withdraw and get your money back. If you asked us to start your plan straight away, you pay for the days you used, and for packs we refund the unused part. After the first year of a yearly plan, cancelling with one month's notice refunds the unused months. Printed cards are made to your design, so they can't be returned unless they're faulty.

Nothing you've printed stops working: your cards and QR codes never show an error. Your experiences stay live under the Free plan's rules: together they play AR for up to 50 scans a month, then scanners see your links page, and they show a small "Made with Meishi" badge. Subscribe again at any time to lift these limits.
