Everything you need to know about Meishi
Getting started
Meishi turns what you print into something people can scan. You can make AR business cards, AR experiences for flyers, posters, labels and packaging, and email signatures with your hologram, and see who scans them in one dashboard.
No. It opens in the phone's browser. Someone scans the QR code with their camera and your content appears on the print.
Most modern smartphones and tablets with a camera. For the best results use the latest Safari on iOS or Chrome on Android.
Yes. You can create a card for free, and your first AR experience is free and never expires. Paid plans add more experiences, scans and team features. You can see them on the Pricing page.
Nothing you printed stops working, and your QR codes never show an error. Your cards and experiences stay where they are, and your experiences stay live under the Free plan's rules.
Business cards
Pick a ready-made design or bring your own from Canva, add your details, then upload or record a short video of yourself to turn the card into a hologram. Preview it and download a print-ready PDF.
Your name, job title, company, phone number, email, website and social links. The hologram can show you or your product, and your card page can carry more links and details.
Videos can be MP4, MOV or WebM, including recordings made with your camera or browser, up to 100 MB and 59 seconds. 3D models can be .gltf, .glb, .usdz or .obj, up to 50 MB.
Yes. Log in and change your details, links or hologram at any time. The QR code on your printed card stays the same, so you never have to reprint.
When someone scans your card, your card page opens with an Add to contacts button. One tap saves your phone, email, website and social links. People can also keep your card in their Meishi wallet, and you can share it digitally with the QR code image or a direct link.
Yes. Create a company template with placeholders. Your employees add their own details and you keep the brand consistent.
AR experiences
It is a hologram video or an animated 3D model that appears on something you print: a flyer, poster, label, packaging or billboard. You upload your print, place your content on it and print the QR code. When someone scans the code, your content appears on the print and stays in place.
A hologram video, which you upload or record and can show without its background so the person stands on your print, or an animated 3D model in GLB format. For each object you choose whether it loops or plays on tap, and you can pin numbered hotspots that open a card with text, a photo and a button.
Every plan includes AR experiences. Publishing one uses a credit, drafts are free, and if processing fails you get the credit back. The Free plan has one live experience that never expires. Paid plans add new experiences every month, and you can also buy one-time packs.
Yes. Update texts, links and play modes for free. The printed code never changes.
Yes. The dashboard shows opens per experience, per day and per website.
Printed codes never show an error. On paid plans AR keeps playing, with a small Meishi tag until your scans refill or you add more, and there are no overage fees. On the Free plan, AR plays up to the monthly limit, and after that people see your links page.
Email signatures
A modern signature with live text and one small animated preview of you. One click opens your hologram page in AR, with your contact details and a save button. It is light enough for any inbox: no attachments and no broken layouts.
Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail. The editor gives you step-by-step setup for each one: save, copy and paste.
No. You can use the hologram from your card, upload a new video just for email, or use a photo. Your details come from your profile, and you can change anything just for this signature.
It is optional. Someone reading your email on a laptop can scan it from the screen, and your hologram steps out of the monitor.
Print shops and websites
Add the Meishi AR creator to your web shop with one snippet. Customers add a hologram video or a 3D model to their business cards, flyers, posters and packaging while they order, and you sell it as your own upgrade, at your price.
Any of them. Add the snippet with HTML, JavaScript or React. It also works on WordPress, Shopify and Wix.
The experience ID, the scan link and a print-ready image with the QR code already on it. Every experience also shows up in your dashboard with its scans.
Website integration is included with the Partner and Enterprise plans. You decide what the upgrade costs your customers. The print shops page shows the numbers.
