Right of withdrawal

For plans and packs you buy from Meishi as a consumer. Companies verified in Meishi have no right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, inform us (CherryPeak s.r.o., Južná trieda 4B, 040 01 Košice – mestská časť Juh, Slovakia, support@meishi.cards) of your decision by a clear statement, for example with the "Withdraw from contract here" button of your contract (in your account under "Cancel contracts here", or through the link in your confirmation email) or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the period expires.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to what we provided until you told us you were withdrawing.

Packs: we refund the part of the pack you have not used (credits and scans still in your balance).

Printed cards: no right of withdrawal

Printed cards are produced to your specifications and clearly personalised. There is therefore no right of withdrawal (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU). Your statutory rights for defects are unaffected.
